When I photograph a wedding or ceremony, I like to capture everything: the preparation, the ceremony, the smiles, the tears, the excitement. This involves not only being present for formal posed shots, but being aware of everything happening around me at the same time and capturing the candid moments that other photographers leave out.
While large weddings are fun to photograph, I tend to prefer small, non-traditional ceremonies. This could include various cultural ceremonies, same-sex marriages, and non-religious or alternative religion ceremonies.
In addition to the time and talent of the photographer, a wedding shoot includes:
Up to 1 hour pre-ceremony coverage / Ceremony / Receiving Line / Formal portraits of wedding party and family & friends / Arrival of wedding party at the site of the reception / Up to 2 hours at the reception / High resolution CD of all photos taken throughout the entire day with full copyright release.
An engagement portrait session may be included for an additional 50.00. This includes: Up to 2 hours for for the couple, shot on location at a place of the client’s choosing.

PORTRAIT SESSIONS STARTING AT 75.00
Portrait sessions will be shot on location at a place of the client’s choosing. This can be the client’s home, a public venue, park, restaurant, out on the town, out in nature…anywhere the client would like! If the client is having trouble choosing a place, I can recommend some lovely sites in and around the Iowa City area.
My portrait session prices apply to the following: senior portraits, family / individual portraits, children, bands, pets (a portrait session with me is by no means limited to only people!), engagements, anniversaries, and much more.
In addition to the time and talent of the photographer, a portrait shoot includes:
Up to 2 hours for an unlimited number of people / On-location shoot at a place of the client’s choosing.
